Our Story
Galvez Yachts was founded by Juan Galvez, a naval engineer who began his career in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he owned and operated Astilleros Juan Galvez, a yacht manufacturing company dedicated to building vessels ranging from 40 to 90 feet.
Over the course of 30 years he directly oversaw the construction of more than 100 yachts, developing a level of craftsmanship and technical expertise that few in the industry can match.
In 2000, Juan made the decision to bring that knowledge to South Florida, establishing Galvez Yachts at Harbour Towne Marina in Dania Beach. Today, more than 25 years later, we remain the go-to marine service operation for yacht owners across South Florida and beyond.

Engine service, systems diagnostics, and full electrical work handled by experienced marine engineers. We troubleshoot and fix it right the first time.

Structural and cosmetic fiberglass repair, blister treatment, and gelcoat restoration. We bring damaged hulls back to showroom condition.

Our Facility & Hurricane Plans
Galvez Yachts operates out of Harbour Towne Marina in Dania Beach, 3 miles to open water with no bridges, and a 100-ton travel lift capable of hauling vessels well above 60 feet. We also offer insurance-approved hurricane protection plans for clients who want priority access when a storm threatens.
